Sizing:
Oval Batard:  9.25" Long x 5.5" wide x 3" tall (interior) Holds 600g - 950g of Baked Dough.  Fits both the Regular Banneton Cover as well as the XL Banneton Cover.  My preference is the XL.

Round Boule:  7.25" Diameter x 3" High (interior).  Holds 600g - 900g of Baked Dough.  Fits both the Regular Banneton Cover as well as the XL Banneton Cover.  My preference is the Regular. 

Care:
Please see insert included with purchase for details.
Dust thoroughly with rice flour to prevent sticking.  Allow your wood pulp banneton to thoroughly dry between uses.  Dust out excess flour residue.  Do NOT wash or get wet.
