Made in Canada, our sourdough jar covers are designed to help you reduce your environmental impact while keeping your sourdough starter protected with a loose fitting cover.  Use these covers as a loose fitting lid, fitting on multiple sized jars with ease.  These covers allow your starter to off-gas safely without the risk of a tight fitting lid.  

These covers are an excellent alternative to single-use plastic wrap and can be used over and over again, making them a cost-effective and sustainable option. Our covers are durable and easy to clean, simply wash them with cool water and lay flat to dry.

Sizing:
6" (15.24cm) - Fits most jars with mouth 3" - 5.5" in diameter
Meant to cover  most sourdough starter jars including typical Mason Jars, Weck Tulip Jars and larger jars with necks up to 5.5".  

Specifications:
100% cotton outer, PUL liner. PUL-lined: A waterproof, food-safe, BPA-free lining. Tested and certified to meet both FDA and Health Canada food safety standards.
Do not microwave or put inside an oven.
